Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SellerPro. They will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed agreement before launch — what follows is a placeholder so the page exists and the design language can be reviewed.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or accessing SellerPro, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
SellerPro is an eBay listing-management product. We provide the software, you provide the listings. We do not take ownership of your content, your customers, or your data.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate eBay policy, infringe third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt the platform. Standard SaaS acceptable-use clauses apply; the real document will spell these out.
4. Billing & cancellation
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time and your service remains active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for the unused remainder of a term.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months prior to the claim. We do not warrant uninterrupted service. The real document will contain the usual specifics.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app with reasonable notice before they take effect.
