Can I switch plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades are pro-rated; downgrades take effect next renewal so you keep the features you have paid for.
What counts as an "eBay account"?
One eBay user account, regardless of region. If you have separate US and UK seller logins, that is two accounts. A single account selling across regions is one.
Is annual really two months free?
Functionally yes — annual is priced at 10× the monthly rate, billed once. You get twelve months of access.
Do you charge per listing?
No. The plan price covers your listings up to the tier cap. We will never bill you per sync or per API call.
What if I outgrow the Pro plan?
Scale is for serious volume — unlimited everything, custom roles, API access. If even that does not fit, talk to us and we will work something out.
