Privacy Policy

This page describes how SellerPro collects and uses your data. As with the terms, this is a stub — a counsel-reviewed privacy policy will replace it before launch.
1. What we collect
Account details (name, email, organisation), eBay connection tokens, listing and order data synced from your eBay accounts, and basic product usage analytics. Nothing about your customers beyond what eBay returns to us.
2. Why we collect it
To deliver the service: list items, sync prices, reconcile fees, surface profit. To operate the business: support, billing, abuse prevention, security monitoring.
3. Who we share it with
Sub-processors used to deliver the service (cloud hosting, email, payments, eBay itself). We do not sell your data. A full sub-processor list will live in this section in the final version.
4. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting needs. You can request deletion at any time and we will action it within thirty days.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, port, or delete your data. Email privacy@autotex.com.au with the request and we will honour it.
6. Cookies & analytics
We use first-party cookies for sign-in and a minimal analytics set-up for product usage. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
